Diagnosed the issue , call me the next morning to tell me that the part was under warranty.(Wait I did not have to deal with the manufacturer. ) He informed me that he had already scheduled installation of the new part. I've used AiRCO exclusively since 2007. They are a very high quality company with conscientious people. At the beginning of April 2025 our downstairs AC Unit quit working. I called AiRCO and it was determined that I needed to replace the unit. Jeremy provided me with 5 or 6 options for replacement units from several manufacturers. Interestingly, the most expensive options were not his recommendation. We went with a DAIKIN adjustable speed heat pump and are extremely happy with it. We're constantly aware of the comfort - perfect temperature and extremely low humidity! It's amazing! Strongly recommend AiRCO and DAIKIN. Less

I am very happy with the AirCo HVACS Installation Team.On May 6th, two young men led by Enrique, came to my home to install a new Lennox HVAC system in a big AirCo truck. Enrique knocked at the door and when I opened the door, he very enthusiastically described: who they were, what did they want to do, how would they do it, how long would it take and how I could help them.I showed them where the old system was. They were very courteous. Whenever they had to come inside the house, they put their shoe covers on..Soon they picked up their tools and got busy in dismantling the old system, Enrique in attic and his colleague on the side of the house. They very carefully brought the older units to the driveway and picked up the new units from the truck. Very patiently they installed every piece of the HVACS and connected them to the existing manifolds. Whenever I asked them any question out of curiosity, they explained everything very enthusiastically. Just a few hours later the new system was in place and was ready to be powered on. Enrique called me, gave me a tour of the whole system and taught me how to use the thermostat. After the AC system was turned on, Enrique went to different rooms to monitor the air flow and the temperatures. He said that I should leave the system on and he will continue to monitor the performance remotely via SmartPhone. Enrique gave me plenty of simple tips about what and how to keep an eye on the drainage and the outside unit. Thank you, Enrique.Finally they wrapped up, loaded the older units and the cardboard boxes in their truck, and made sure that each area is properly cleaned. I recently had a high-efficiency Lennoxair conditioner/furnace installed by Airco. The salesman, Jeremy Extein, isn’t just a salesman—he identified inadequacies in my existing system, including faulty return ducting and faulty flue connections. The installation team arrived on time, and installation went smoothly, despite it being a large amount of work.The system works marvelously! With the variably-speed compressor and compressor fan, along with the variable-speed air blower, we never notice any furnace/A/C noise inside the house, and outside, at the compressor, we have to look for fan rotation, because it is virtually silent. Their technician was extremely thorough and came back the next day with his manager to advise on two of our four units that had issues. On the second service call they found a gas leak coming from our tankless water heater and immediately sent someone from their plumbing department to fix it. We are going to need to have quite a bit of work performed to bring all four zones into optimal condition. They seem to be sensitive to the expense of all these repairs and we are planning a schedule of repairs prioritizing the most urgent. We also hired someone from their electrical department who was both courteous and thorough in inspecting concerns brought up by the home inspector. The electrician addressed the urgent and safety concerns. I will call Airco again for both HVAC and electrical work. Less

Airco did a great job of installing my new Daikin AC unit and furnace. The installer did a great of adding extra strength to the indoor furnace enclosure. I can't say enough good things about Airco. I noticed water dripping from my ceiling and after investigating the attic area, there was a pipe fitting that was leaking. I called the Airco team out and they dispatched Charles. He took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. More than that, he did a free inspection of my water heater and pointed out some leaks I wasn't even aware of. 12 year water heater so I asked for a quote to replace it. He took his time and gave me a few options. I went ahead and got that done so I didn't have to worry about it. Been running without issues for a few months now. Update on original post: The manager over at AirCo, Wes, reached out to verify the appointment I had. He felt terrible about his tech misdiagnosing the issue with my heater. He offered not only to refund me for what AirCo charged me, but also offered to cover the cost the other HVAC company charged me to repair the issue. To me, that showed he really cared about making things right for a customer. The fact that the manager got involved so quickly and demonstrated his willingness to remedy the unfortunate inconvenience, puts AirCo in a different light for me. After seeing first hand that this company puts an emphasis on customer satisfaction, I wouldn't have a problem reaching out to them for future needs. Original post: Paid money for nothing. I had an AirCo tech come out to diagnose our home's heater not kicking on. After about 45min of inspection, the technician told me it's the home builder's fault for not having the proper setup for the furnace, ducts, and unit controller. This didn't make any sense since we've never had this issue despite living in our house for years. The technician offered some tips on how to possibly prevent the issue we were having with our heater. We followed his tips with zero results. It wasn't until we finally called another HVAC company out that our problem was resolved. It turns out the problem was simply a dirty flame sensor that needed to be cleaned. The technician from this other HVAC company even showed me how he was able to very quickly diagnose the problem and he was floored that the AirCo tech didn't know what to look for since a basic diagnostic check would have pointed to the flame sensor. Of course I had to pay the AirCo tech for coming out, even though he completely misdiagnosed the problem. Definitely not a good experience with AirCo. Less

Update! 2025Brandon and the AIRCO crew were hired, again, for a new property. We knew after our last experience with them that we didn't want anyone else to replace our HVAC system. He made several trips to assess, come up with a plan that we were happy with, and followed up continually throughout the process. He even took time out on a Sunday to finish up a request we made to clean the air ducts and to assist the sheetrock repairman that they helped us schedule, so that we could move into our new home on time. Airco did a thorough analysis and presented multiple options. We are very happy with the Daiken heat pump units (whisper quiet) and the teams that installed them were on time, communicative and protected the floors walked on.As can happen, a small issue with a drain tube was addressed within an hour of my call and they even balanced out the airflow between a hot and cold room for free.
